We understand that your existing admin may leave your company in the future. To make it easier for you to maintain access we recommend you add additional people to your alternate admins, or alternate emails list. In the future if you need to change your first administrator we will ask for authorization from one of your alternate administrators.
Invite Your Team
- Log into the ScaleGrid Console.
- Go to your Settings in the left-side menu.
- Select the "Team accounts" tab on the left.
- Click the green "Invite User" button in the upper left.
- Enter the email address of the new user, and click "Invite".
